Our story
Omnibill started in 2000 as a billing gateway business, serving clients at a time when online payment systems were less accessible and often more difficult to set up.
As the market changed and gateways became easier for businesses to obtain directly, our work naturally evolved. More and more, clients were coming to us not for the gateway itself, but for help with setup, troubleshooting, and guidance around using these systems effectively.
From there, the business expanded in an unexpected direction. Clients began asking not only billing and gateway-related questions, but broader website and online-business questions. We saw a clear need in the market: many people wanted answers but did not have the time, technical background, or confidence to do the research themselves.
That is where Omnibill found its next role. What began as support around billing technology developed into a broader question-and-answer service — one designed to help people get researched, practical answers without having to navigate everything on their own.
Today, Omnibill combines human insight with modern AI-assisted tools to deliver useful responses efficiently, while keeping people involved where experience, context, and judgement add value.

Pricing starts at R25 per request. The exact amount depends on how much research is involved. We confirm the price with you by email before any work or payment begins — so there are no surprises.
Most straightforward requests are answered within one business day. More involved research may take longer; we will always give you an expected timeframe when we confirm your request.

After you submit your request, we confirm the scope and price by email and send payment details (EFT / card options available). Work begins once payment is received.
